Dr. Kate is a compassionate and skilled chiropractor who treats a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities. Inspired by the chiropractors who helped her manage sports injuries and concussions as a young athlete, Dr. Kate is dedicated to promoting maximal function and pain-free movement. Dr. Kate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her academic background and experience in elite sports settings has fostered a strong interest in athletic injuries, functional rehabilitation, and older adult care. Her treatment approach combines hands-on chiropractic and manual therapy techniques, neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, mobility and exercise training, ergonomic education, and lifestyle modification. Dr. Kate develops personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with her patients’ lifestyles and wellness goals. Outside of her practice, Dr. Kate enjoys staying active through strength training and dance classes, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling.
