Emily Sunshine Beaupre is a licensed massage therapist with 20+ years of experience. She specializes in hot stone, deep tissue, trigger point, and chronic pain reduction. Emily has worked in a wide variety of settings including chiropractic offices, 5 star-spas, malls, and in-home through Zeel and Soothe. She currently is an independent contractor for chair massage at music festivals, wellness retreats,retreat centers, corporate offices, and weddings. Emily has been the resident massage therapist for the actors and crew at the Paramount and Copley Theaters in downtown Aurora since 2019. Emily now has her private practices out of Zen Loft Wellness Center in Aurora, IL. Emily opened Zen Loft Wellness Center in April of 2016 to give other wellness professionals a place to grow their own businesses. Emily recently opened a second location in Batavia called Zen Loft Collective. Her vision is to create opportunities for people to become self-employed and self-sufficient through their wellness practices. She has helped many wellness entrepreneurs get their start at Zen and then open their own studios. No non-compete clauses mean prosperity for everyone. In addition to massage, Emily is certified yoga instructor, a meditative dancer, and certified cuddle therapist through Cuddlist. She owns Dancing Hippie Chick and vends scarves, flow robes, and handmade items at markets and festivals. She holds a BA in English Lit and an MA in Liberal Studies. Emily is a K-6 Certified Elementary Teacher and tutors reading, writing, and math. She substitute teaches in her spare time.
