I am a passionate client centered Licensed Massage Therapist. I listen to each clients needs and what they are hoping to get out of their sessions. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Therapeautic, Nueromuscular and Myofascial techniques. I fell in love with the body and the beautiful machine that is while going through school and have been practicing since 2013. I use my knowledge to help educate my clients on how the body works and why they may be experiencing discomfort, repetitive motions, posture, sitting a lot, etc. Being aware of our body and its movements is the best thing we can do for ourselves. As much as I love the science behind the human body I also fell in love with the energetic body. I am a certified Reiki II & Pranic Healing Practitioner. We store emotions and energy in our bodies which can create physical discomfort over time. Being able to help clients not only physically but energetically as well produces great results for mind and body.
