Cedar Bridgewood is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He believes in the biopsychosocial model and how many factors can influence a single injury. His treatment style is highly individualized, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular and muscle energy techniques, and trigger point release therapy, all tailored to your specific needs. Cedar also offers prenatal and postpartum massage, offering safe and effective treatment to help expectant and new mothers manage discomfort, reduce tension, and support overall well-being. Before becoming an RMT, Cedar was a competitive ice dancer (figure skater), finishing his career at the 2018 Olympic trials. He now coaches young athletes and is well acquainted with the road to recovery from both his own injuries and those of his teammates and students. Cedar and his wife, Sequoia, are avid runners, cyclists, snowboarders, and lovers of all things outdoors.
