Hi!! I'm Ines and I'm delighted to welcome you. For me, massage therapy is a true passion; it's about providing a focused, relaxing space for your healing and well-being. I specialize in different modalities such as Sports Massage, Swedish, Lymphatic drainage, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage. I earned my license from the School of Natural Therapy in 2002, which provided me with the expertise and skills to deliver both deeply therapeutic and relaxing experiences. My approach is always client-centered and customized just for you. My goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely rejuvenated. Massage
Swedish massage uses a gentle light pressure to promote relaxation. It is a classic massage that will ease your mind of stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to lose weight, have increased energy levels.
