I aim to help alleviate folks' aches and pains, while allowing them to be more in tune with their soul and spirit. I am skilled at providing deep tissue, Swedish, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, geriatric, adolescent, and pregnancy massage. I am a firm believer that massage therapy is a key piece in the wellness puzzle we call life. Each and every session is custom tailored to your needs and what you'd like out of our time spent together. In my free time I enjoy reading non-fiction books, spending time with our three dogs, and being outdoors in nature near water.
