Dr. Ashley Freidel is a patient centered chiropractor focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. She has advanced clinical training in women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care, while also treating a diverse range of patients, from active professionals and athletes to those dealing with everyday aches, injuries, or movement limitations. She also specializes in extremity adjusting and frequently works with patients struggling with shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, and foot issues, especially when pain is interfering with workouts, sports, or daily life. Her goal is not just temporary relief, but to identify and correct the root cause so patients can move confidently and stay active long term. Dr. Ashley is Webster Certified and has extensive experience working with pregnancy and postpartum patients. She has spent a significant portion of her career focused specifically on prenatal care, helping expectant mothers reduce low back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural strain while supporting optimal pelvic alignment for a more comfortable pregnancy and smoother labor and delivery. Her approach is gentle, specific, and tailored to the changing needs of the body throughout each stage of pregnancy. She is also trained in Active Release Techniques (ART), a highly effective soft tissue therapy used to treat muscle tension, scar tissue, and movement restrictions. By combining ART with precise chiropractic adjustments and movement based rehabilitation, Dr. Ashley helps restore proper joint mechanics, improve mobility and stability, and accelerate recovery. Dr. Ashley earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 2017 and has since focused on delivering personalized, movement based care that helps patients recover from pain and build long term resilience without relying solely on medication or invasive procedures. As a former competitive figure skater, she understands firsthand how frustrating it is when pain limits performance or progress. She brings that perspective into her care, helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. Outside the clinic, Dr. Ashley enjoys staying active through strength training, hiking, running, skiing, tennis, and golf, as well as spending time with family and friends and exploring the Bay Area.
