Simran obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2017 and has been practicing in the field ever since. With over 7 years of clinical experience, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their individual goals and improve their overall quality of life. Her approach to treatment combines hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to help clients better understand their injuries and take an active role in their recovery. Throughout her clinical experience, Simran has worked with a wide range of conditions, including concussions, biomechanical abnormalities, postural dysfunction, motor vehicle accident and workplace injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries. She has experience with joint mobilization, soft tissue release, concussion management, and rehabilitation-based exercise. She also has a growing interest in women’s health, particularly pelvic health, and is passionate about expanding her expertise in prenatal and postnatal care. Simran takes a patient-centered approach and strives to create a comfortable, supportive environment where each individual feels heard and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. She speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to connect with and support clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
