As a graduate of the Florida School of Massage, she is knowledgeable and experienced in providing Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Connective Therapy, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish Massage. After graduating she pursued continuing education in Medical Massage for Neck and Shoulders and completed her certification as an Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Plus Practitioner. We NEVER charge extra for the use of essential oils, cupping, deep tissue, or cold and heat therapy.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. This work is beneficial for Lymphedema and pre-op and post-op patients to detoxify the body and speed the healing process. MLD has also been shown to decrease chronic pain, headaches and muscle spasms and has applications with athletes. It can be used to reduce the appearance of cellulite, reduce scars, to help alleviate symptoms of arthritis, acne, insomnia and so much more!
