Welcome, If this is your first appointment with me, we will review your intake forms, have a health consultation about the intake health forms, and discuss your goals for the massage. We will then agree on a plan and proceed with the massage. You will undress to your comfort level, and for the type of massage you have chosen for the appointment. On return appointments, we will still have a health consultation to update me on what has been happening with your health, we will make a plan, and proceed with the massage. To prepare for a massage, make sure all health intake forms are completed online, arrive at your appointment with time to use the restroom if needed, and you have showered. **To ensure safety, and compliance with Minnesota state law, any lewd language and/or behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, and the service will be paid in full.
