At Ellerbrock Spine, massage is a therapeutic approach to massage therapy that focuses on addressing specific medical conditions or musculoskeletal issues under the guidance of a healthcare provider. Unlike relaxation massage, which primarily aims to promote relaxation and stress relief, medical massage is prescribed as part of a treatment plan to alleviate symptoms, improve function, and support overall health and wellness.
