Kylie graduated Sheridan College in 2021 with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences degree in Athletic Therapy and shortly after, passed the national certification exam, becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist. She has expanded her practice through continuing education courses and utilizes cupping and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) techniques for rehabilitation. Kylie is also a personal trainer here at Thrive running group and private training sessions where she gets to use more of her musculoskeletal knowledge to help people get stronger and reach their goals! This 60-minute initial athletic therapy assessment includes a detailed evaluation of your injury history, movement patterns, and physical function to determine the root cause of discomfort or dysfunction.
