KARI BKin Fascial Stretch Therapy and Kinesiology NO DIRECT BILLING - CHECK YOUR HEALTH SPENDING ACCOUNT FOR COVERAGE. My experience in fitness and health began as a young athlete and grew with each new role I took in the health field. I completed a personal fitness trainer diploma at the NAIT in 2012 certifying both as a Personal Trainer (through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (from the National Academy of Sports Medicine). Combining the science of kinesiology with fascial stretch therapy, corrective exercise and adaptive physical activity for best results. Working with clients to guide them through their rehabilitation journey, improving performance, or preventing injury. My passion is to create an accessible and inclusive healthcare community that enhances quality of life for all. Outside of my professional life I enjoy yoga, spinning poi, running, walking, cycling, kayaking, volleyball, slo-pitch, skiing, snowboarding, soccer, cooking, and gardening. If I could, I would spend all my spare time travelling or enjoying the outdoors!
