Mona has been in a service career for over 20 years. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer. She has beenoffering massage therapy since 2019. After a series of life-changing events, though born and raised in Texas, she decided to move to what she calls, Her soul's home on earth, Oregon! Her career focus now is her healing modalities of massage. She provides exceptional care and attention to each client. Mona offers Reiki, Trigger point, Deep tissue, Swedish, Cupping, Hot Stone, Gua Sha and Myofascial Release. Aside from bodywork, Mona loves spending time with her pup Elsa, hiking, snowshoeing, hanging out with friends, discovering new breweries and meeting new people.
