My love for health and wellness started when I was a teenager and led me to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Radford University. Throughout my 11-year nursing career, I became increasingly interested in the correlation between psychological well-being and overall health. My passion for stress-management and self-care led me to pursue education in massage, and I graduated in September 2025 with a Certificate of Massage Therapy from Sylvain Melloul International Hair Academy. I have a strong desire to help people find peace, self-love, and relaxation through massage therapy. I hope you will find my massage room to be a safe space and that you leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy practicing yoga, dancing, jogging, cooking, gardening, and spending time with my awesome family and friends. My husband, Jacob, and I have three precious children: Bradley, Britton, and Marlana.
The 60-minute full body massage is tailored to each client. The client will be supported by pillows/bolsters as needed on the massage table and draped with soft sheets and blankets. The table warmer will be adjusted to their comfort level. The session will include the use of heated towels and an eye pillow if desired by the client. The massage therapist and the client will discuss the goals and expectations of the client to design the ideal session.
