Michelle graduated from the Spa Therapy program at the Aveda Institute in Tallahassee in 2012 and has been helping her clients reach their health and wellness goals ever since. Michelle began her career working in full service spas in Miramar Beach and Panama City Beach, but found her true calling while helping clients through medical massage and pain management at Magnolia Tribe Chiropractic in Freeport, FL. Michelle loves the personal interaction of massage and to see her long time clients progress and their health improve!
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
