60 minute therapeutic massage customized to what your body needs. During your intake I will determine if there are areas of pain that need relief or if relaxation is your main goal. The use of aromatherapy, Gua Sha, or cupping may be determined as well. This massage can be of your choosing of relaxing/Swedish massage or you may request Deep Pressure/Tissue. Either way, massage can ease your muscle tension away.
