REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating with honours from Humber College. She has over 300 hours of experience working with diverse populations, and has completed additional training to work with the prenatal community. Lauren is also a certified full-spectrum doula and holistic nutritionist focusing on plant-based wellness. Lauren's approach to massage therapy is client-centered care and she will work with you to meet your goals whether they be pain management, stress reduction, or alleviating discomfort. She has a passion for sustainable living, being outside in nature, and can be found volunteering at an animal sanctuary in her free time.
