Alex has been a licensed massage therapist since she graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2017. Her favorite modalities include Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. She is also skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, TMJ Massage, Hot Stones, and Cupping. In 2022 she completed a 110-hour Lymphatic Drainage course at the Colorado School of Healing Arts and has also received training for Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. Alex enjoys helping clients manage pain and increasing range of motion. She believes that the mind-body-spirit connection is essential to ones overall health and wellbeing and strives to address each clients unique needs with a grounding and compassionate presence. She has been in the Wellness Industry since 2013, taking on more administrative roles prior to her massage training. Alex graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors in English in 2011, and is happy to be back in the Natural State to offer her massage services. Outside of massage, she enjoys learning Spanish and Japanese, being out in nature, yoga, reading, painting, and playing cozy video games.
