My journey into massage therapy began when I moved to Alberta in 2013, and from the very beginning, I knew this path was more than a profession, it marked the beginning of a new passion and a clear path to give back with purpose. My practice is rooted in an integrative and holistic approach, guided by evidence-based care and a strong foundation in wellness. I combine a blend of therapeutic techniques and specialized tools to support each client in a way that is thoughtful, personalized, and effective. For me, massage therapy is not only about relieving pain or tension, it is about caring for the whole person: physically, mentally, and emotionally. I also work closely with other professionals within the clinic and stay connected with a trusted network of practitioners in our broader community, ensuring you have access to well-rounded support whenever needed. Beyond the treatment room, I stay actively involved in community initiatives and support local sport teams and events. As someone who came to Canada as a refugee, I carry a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunities my family and I have been given. It is truly important for me to give back through my work and to be an active, supportive, and positive member of the community that has welcomed us. While I understand the challenges life can bring, I believe deeply in perseverance, hard work, and the ability to keep moving forward toward our dreams. Outside of my work, my greatest joy is spending time with my children (3 crazy but perfect teenagers!), my family and our doggy, Nala. I love traveling and exploring the world, I am deeply proud of my Colombian roots which continue to shape who I am and the way I connect with others, and yes, I Love Coffee or a good Chai Latte!
