I have been a dedicated massage therapist for the last 14 years. I graduated from the American Institute of Allied Health in Texas with wonderful teachers. I've worked in many massage therapy settings including gyms, spas, chiropractic offices and eventually my own studio. When my husband and I grew our family we decided to move to Arizona (my home-state)! I am so happy to be back in the desert and bringing my special brand of massage to the people of Maricopa. When I am not massaging I am virtually schooling a kindergartener, cooking experimental meals, and taking long walks while admiring the beautiful mountains!
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
