I am a registered massage therapist (RMT), committed to supporting the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of each client. I adapt every treatment to meet individual needs, whether it is to manage chronic pain, recover from an injury, or relieve daily tension and stress. I have experience in techniques such as deep tissue, prenatal massage, sports massage, children’s massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, cupping, hot stone, and fascia massage. Each session is designed not only to provide physical relief but also to harmonize energy, promote deep relaxation, and restore the mind, body, spirit connection. My approach is centered on listening to and understanding each person’s needs, creating a safe and welcoming space where they can regain balance, inner peace, and overall well being.

Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. It’s effective in treating repetitive stress injuries such as tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome and can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis.

Lymphatic Drainage

60 mins Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage involves light, smooth, rhythmic touch to the skin plus pumping at the lymph nodes. These techniques encourage the Lymphatic system to better do its job: gathering old cells (including pathogens, toxins and plasma proteins), guiding them out of the body and making way for newly oxygenated cells to nourish organs, muscles and extremities. Lymphatic Drainage may be helpful for many reasons: pre and post surgery, post workout soreness, recovery post sickness, spring cleaning, relaxation and especially to treat fluid retention.
