Tara Marie Rigger licensed massage therapist offers customized healing sessions focused on relieving inflammation, chronic stress and tension within the body in order to bring balance and healing to the whole person. Tara facilitates this healing with therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, energy work, and many other modalities. Her practice is centered on the belief that everyone has an inherent human need for the healing power of therapeutictouch. Tara is dedicated to broadening and enhancing her healing practice. She has over 17 years of experience with therapeuticand intuitive healing and hundreds of continuing education hours leading to several advanced certifications in cupping therapy, neuromuscular reintegrations technique (Bowen therapy), amino neuro frequency (ANF) and many others. She attended Professional Massage Training Center in Springfield, MO and graduated in February of 2006. During that time she became a Reiki level 2 practitioner which she continues to utilize as an important part of her massage practice. When Tara is not working she is spending time with her family, friends, and enjoying a slower, sweeter pace in life.
