Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic

#6-2185 Wilson Ave, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C6C1

Lindsay is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love — whether that's competing at a high level, managing a neurological condition, or simply moving through life pain-free. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities, she's excited to bring her international clinical experience home to support the community's active and healthy lifestyle. She earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Australia, then spent two years practicing on the Gold Coast, working with a diverse caseload — from elite rugby, soccer, and lifesaving teams to individuals living with neurological injuries and diseases. Through this experience, she developed expertise across a broad spectrum of care. She also completed specialized training in the assessment and management of vertigo and vestibular conditions. Her clinical approach blends patient education, hands-on manual therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), and personalized exercise programs, with every treatment plan tailored to the individual's goals, lifestyle, and condition. Lindsay's insight into athletic performance comes from more than clinical training alone. Having played for the Douglas College Women's Soccer Team and worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Kinesiologist, Lindsay brings firsthand understanding of injury prevention and return-to-sport protocols. From sport-specific injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to neurological conditions and vestibular and balance disorders, Lindsay treats a wide range of injuries with one goal in mind: helping patients return to full function and move with confidence again. Outside the clinic, Lindsay takes full advantage of our backyard — hiking, mountain biking, skiing, trail running and playing soccer.
