Jessie is a registered physiotherapist who completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2022 and her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences in 2026. Her doctoral research focused on non-pharmacological approaches to pain management, giving her a strong foundation in translating the latest evidence into meaningful, individualized care. Jessie is passionate about helping people better understand their pelvic health and supporting them in returning to the activities that matter most to them without pain or limitations. She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing acute or chronic pain and values collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and partnership. Jessie works with clients to build a stronger mind-body connection, understand the factors contributing to their symptoms, and identify practical strategies that fit their unique goals, experiences, and needs. She believes that every person is different and adapts evidence-based treatment approaches accordingly. Clients can expect to be heard, respected, and supported in a safe environment that provides trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
