My name is Sabrina Rea-Vicinanzo. I have my Master’s of Physiotherapy, and I am a Kinesiology graduate from the University of Toronto, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Nutrition Coach. I have always had a passion for strength and conditioning and an immense interest in the human body, which is what brought me to the University of Toronto to do my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and later travel to Ireland to receive my Master’s of Physiotherapy. I have always been very interested with the human body and this pushed me to become a personal trainer whilst in my undergraduate and a strength and conditioning coach to better understand performance and how to body moves! My areas of expertise centre around sports performance & rehabilitation as well as paediatrics. After completing my physiotherapy degree, I stayed in Ireland for a year and worked as a paediatric physiotherapist for children with complex medical and physical disabilities. My practice is built on two pillars, the first being evidence-based education and treatment and the second being body positivity, compassion, and LOVE. I vow to give every patient the opportunity and tools to meet their goals and become the best versions of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Acupuncture
Neurofunctional Acupuncture is a modern treatment that uses thin acupuncture needles and gentle electrical stimulation to target specific nerves and muscles. This helps restore normal movement, reduce pain, and support healing. It combines traditional acupuncture with the latest understanding of the nervous system, making it especially effective for treating acute injuries, chronic pain, and nerve-related issues. Please Note: Our practitioners incorporate neurofunctional acupuncture as part of a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. This modality cannot be scheduled as a stand-alone appointment and will only be provided within a treatment session when clinically appropriate.
