Charles has devoted 27 years to mastering Manual Sports Therapy. His expertise centers on the precise manipulation of the muscle and fascia meridians, known in traditional Chinese medicine as the “sinew” channels. A perfect integration of Eastern philosophy and modern sports principles, he has developed what could be described as ‘Eastern Osteopathy.’ Charles is his own best patient. Having successfully overcome numerous personal, physical, and health challenges through the same therapies he provides, he lives the effectiveness of his work every day. A practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he competed at the IBJJF World tournament in Nagoya, Japan, in 2024—applying his Oriental Osteopathic skills to maintain peak performance and recovery under the demands of grappling competition. Charles’s signature Oriental Osteopathic treatments are frequently sought for: • Musculoskeletal pain – back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and joint stiffness • Headaches – migraines and tension headaches • Other conditions – arthritis (pain management and improved mobility) and soft tissue rehabilitation from sports injuries.
