As an intutive Body Worker, I offer a unique, patient centered experience focused on the specific needs and expectations of my client. I enjoy facilitating healing, encouraging wellness, and being a positive actor in the wellbeing of others! I've worked in healthcare, and enjoy naturopathic health approaches. Dealing with my own health issue and becoming somewhat disillusioned with modern prescription first approaches, I gained interest in massage therapy. Finding a drug free assistant for self-care, recovery, and maintenance. A graduate of Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness, 2023, I've since gained experience in spa, gym, medical, and mobile environments, servicing hundreds of satisfied customers. I look forward to being your provider!
Sports massage is a sibling of therapeutic (deep tissue) massage, but intended for the athlete. This includes the same techniques but also incorporating more pin and stretching of the muscles. Depending on your activity and when your next sports event is, I will tailor the massage to best fit your needs. Along with this session, depending on your health, I will add in Gua Sha, kinesiology taping, salt stones, or CBD to help give you the best relief at no extra cost to you.
