Sophia finds joy in helping patients reach their health and fitness goals. She actively listens to her patients to provide optimal care and to track their progress both short and long term. Sophia’s work approach consists of an assessment, treatment, and homecare portion. She uses Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations regularly in her practice. She has experience working with various patients from those in their adolescence to elderly with both sedentary and active lifestyles. Sophia used to work as a lifeguard and swimming instructor for two years. Right after high school, she attended Vancouver Career College for RMT school, which she graduated from. Sophia enjoys travelling, doing body weight exercises, and watching Netflix shows in her spare time. She is also an avid learner and a certified foodie!

Pregnancy massage consists of prenatal (before birth) and postpartum (up to 8 weeks after birth) treatment for expectant mothers. If this is your first visit or you have not been in for a year, please complete a History Intake Form. Clinical Time includes: Administration, Assessment, Evaluation, Treatment and Patient Education.
