Dr. Bekah’s journey in health and wellness began in 2015 at Boston’s Northeastern University, where she co-ran the group fitness department while enrolled in the rigorous nursing program. Although she gained valuable knowledge from nursing, Dr. Bekah often left her hospital shifts feeling defeated and saddened by patients’ preexisting medical conditions and comorbidities that could have been prevented from previous lifestyle interventions. She felt a calling toward a more proactive approach to health. This led her to pursue a career in personal training, where she focused on increasing joint mobility and reducing injury risks. She holds several certifications, including Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, PROnatal pre/postnatal exercise, Integrated Kinetic Neurology, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. In 2020, Dr. Bekah decided to further her commitment to human movement and rehabilitation by attending the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic in Connecticut. She graduated summa cum laude in May 2024 and has since moved to Salt Lake City, a place she’s long dreamed of calling home. Dr. Bekah is so excited to educate patients on how to improve their quality of life both on and off the mountains. Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Bekah enjoys hiking and rock climbing. New Patients to the clinic please click here. The first appointment is set aside as an initial consultation and exam with the doctor. The doctor will do a thorough health history analysis, as well as orthopedic, neurological, and functional exams.
