Chad Piper is a physiotherapist who works with active individuals and athletes who want more than symptom relief. They want to return to training strong, confident, and resilient. With a special interest in knee injuries, particularly in skiers and mountain athletes, Chad focuses on restoring strength, power, and control so patients can safely return to high-demand sport. His approach combines evidence-based progressive strength programming, manual therapy and IMS/dry needling. Chad emphasizes load management, movement quality, and individualized return-to-sport progression, bridging the gap between rehab and full performance. With a background in jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling, and current training centered around lifting, mountain biking, running, ski touring, and climbing, Chad understands firsthand the demands athletes place on their bodies. Originally from Winnipeg, Chad completed his Bachelor of Science at Mount Royal University and his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta. He is passionate about helping Calgary’s active community get back to the mountains, the mat, and the gym stronger than before.
