I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 20 years of experience who strives to help you feel better, move more freely and get you back to what you enjoy doing. My approach to massage therapy draws on my training in neural, visceral, and vascular manipulation and fascial mobilization, pain management, aging, oncology, and mental health. You can expect an assessment and a hands-on massage treatment that includes passive and active movement while you are fully clothed. My massages are specific, gentle, and deep, with minimal discomfort. Please wear loose-fitting or athletic clothing like shorts and a T-shirt or tank top, as your treatment may include work on the thorax and abdomen. Your treatment is about you. My approach is holistic and integrative, meaning I incorporate all aspects of you, your lifestyle, and your goals into your treatment plan. Massage therapy is intended to support the healing process and maintain, help function, and promote the health of soft tissues. In addition, massage therapy assesses and treats the supportive structures of joints, organs, blood vessels, nerves, and bones.
This appointment is recommended for new clients and clients who have not been to the clinic in two years.
