Bridget is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant and holds a bachelors degree in exercise science. She has been active in the fitness and Wellness industry for over 25 years. She has worked in skilled nursing as a PTA and in outpatient physical therapy clinics such as Back in Motion PT. She integrates the skills she has learned into her massage practice in order to restore balance and function, relieve pai,n and relax the nervous system. She is always continuing her education and skills in order to provide the ultimate care.
All sessions are customized specifically to meet your goals whether it is for general overall relaxation or for a specific musculoskeletal condition. I have the tools to relieve pain and improve function. If I feel I cannot meet your needs I refer to another clinician who qualifies.
