Acupuncture
Cupping therapy is an accident form of alternative medicine, uses cups made of glass, silicone or other materials as the tool. Therapist uses different method to remove the air in the cup to create negative pressure. So the cup can be sucked on the body surface, usually on the affected area, or the acupuncture point for few minutes, resulting in extensive stimulation. Cupping may relieve muscle tension, eliminating pain, even for relaxation, improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. GuaSha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves repeated scraping on your skin after applying some massage oil or even water with a massage tool to improve the circulation and to detox. This ancient TCM healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, such as alleviating pain, reduce common cold symptoms, improve digestive issues.
Lymphatic Drainage
In Tiaditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), concerns related to lymph movement are viewed through patterns of Qi and fluid flow, guided by traditional principles of balance.
