I’m Trinity—a 9th semester intern currently completing my clinical training toward a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine at Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine. Outside of the treatment room, I’m deeply movement-focused. I love skydiving, bungee jumping, rock climbing and rappelling, snorkeling, dancing, working out, and pushing my body to its limits. Movement, challenge, and fully experiencing life matter deeply to me—and that lived experience shapes how I approach healing. My work in Traditional Chinese Medicine is focused on helping the body balance, recover, and support itself, so it can keep up with the life you want to live. I offer acupuncture along with supportive therapies including cupping, gua sha, tui na, herbal therapy, and certified injection therapy, tailoring treatments to support recovery, stress regulation, sleep, hormones, and overall resilience. My goal is to help your body feel strong, capable, and supported—so it becomes an ally rather than a limitation in pursuing your dreams.
