As a graduate from the MScPT program at the University of Alberta, Liam brings a modern, evidence-based approach to his physiotherapy practice. Complimenting his practice with over 9 years of experience working with clients as a personal trainer and S&C coach, Liam understands the challenges of balancing life commitments with the desire to improve health, fitness, and performance. This approach has allowed him to work with individuals of many different backgrounds, from people who have never set foot in a gym, to university level athletes. When working with patients, he puts an emphasis on educating patients about their condition in easy to understand language and developing a clear rehab plan based on the patient’s goals. Liam takes a holistic approach that considers your experiences, your goals, and your lifestyle to develop rehab plans that are effective and sustainable for long term outcomes. Outside of the clinic he stays active by lifting weights, cycling, playing basketball, and bouldering at local climbing gyms.
