Isabella is a Registered Massage Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a diploma from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her treatment style combines myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage to help decrease pain, improve range of motion, support return to activity, and prevent issues before they become bigger problems. She enjoys working with weekend warriors — anyone who loves to stay active through sports, hiking, or training for races and events like marathons, triathlons, or fondos. She also has a special interest in supporting healthcare workers, students, and desk workers who spend long hours on their feet or sitting at a desk, and often experience tightness, posture-related tension, and headaches. Isabella’s approach is goal-oriented and collaborative, while keeping things easygoing and lighthearted. She believes in meeting patients where they’re at — whether that’s needing focused therapeutic work or simply a chance to reset and reconnect with their body. Outside of work, Isabella is a foodie who enjoys running, strength training, and getting outside for hikes or paddleboarding when the weather’s right. She’s always up for a road trip and loves playing instruments, singing, spending time with her dog, and winding down with a good puzzle.
