Hi, I'm Lanie! I'm originally from North Dakota and have been living in Austin for about a year now. As a massage therapist, I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, and relaxation work. I take a very personalized approach to each session-l always start by asking thoughtful questions so I can tailor the massage to exactly what your body needs that day. I'm especially passionate about creating a safe, comfortable environment for every client. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and truly relaxed from the moment you walk in! When I'm not working, you can usually find me spending time outside, reading, going for a run, or relaxing with my favorite Bravo shows (and my cat close by).
Massage
This 30 minute booking will consist of 20-25 minutes of table time, with a pre-massage check in of your concerns with the therapist. *If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy or have recently had surgery, we kindly ask that you obtain written clearance from your healthcare provider before scheduling with our massage therapists. Safety and comfort are our top priorities for both you as the patient and our providers.
Lymphatic Drainage
BirthCo.'s own lymphatic FLOW massage is a gentle massage that encourages the flow and release of lymphatic fluid.
