Whether returning to daily activities, recreational exercise, or competitive sport, Kristi enjoys helping clients build confidence in their bodies and successfully return to the activities they love. She has a particular interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and helping active individuals safely transition back to training and performance. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, she is trained in both internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. Kristi works with individuals of all genders experiencing a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, pregnancy-related discomfort, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, return to exercise, and pelvic floor dysfunction during sport and physical activity. She is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys staying active through road cycling, spin classes, strength training, running, and CrossFit. In 2025, she completed her first triathlon, further deepening her appreciation for movement, performance, and the physical and mental benefits of exercise.
