Cara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. She is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Cara is dedicated to providing client-centered care and is passionate about using exercise as a tool to help regain full functional capacity. Cara is continuously expanding her knowledge in this field and finding ways to incorporate these tools in her own day-to-day life. During her years of professional experience, Cara has had the pleasure of working with clients in various settings including the gym, pool, at-home, and long-term care facilities. In her spare time, Cara enjoys cycling to the beat of the music at SpinHouse, and walking her dog rain or shine.
