Kristin is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Toronto Masters of Physical Therapy program in 2013, following completion of her Bachelors degree in Honours Kinesiology from McGill University. From a young age, she has been involved in competitive sports which sparked her interest in physical therapy as a career. Since graduating, Kristin has completed various professional development courses including; Levels 1, 2 and 3 Upper and Lower Quadrant Manual Therapy Courses, Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Lumbar Spine with the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada, Acupuncture and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Most recently, Kristin has completed the Dry Needling Level 1 course with Acupuncture Canada and she looks forward to using this technique as an effective adjunct in the holistic treatment of her clients. She has a passion for injury management and prevention through the combination of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation to assist with timely return to work, sport and extra-curricular activities. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors and helping out on her husband’s family dairy farm with their two children. Being raised on a dairy farm herself, she looks forward to working within the rural community of Osgoode Ward.
