My goal as a therapist is to help people make meaningful progress through an effective, individualized therapeutic experience. I work to help each client regain confidence, improve function, and return to the activities that bring purpose and enjoyment to everyday life. My approach is shaped by a personal understanding of how physical pain can affect both the body and the mind. I believe that no two people experience pain or recovery in the same way, which is why each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. By treating the whole person—not just the symptoms—I aim to provide supportive, compassionate care that helps each client move toward greater comfort, confidence, independence, and quality of life.
