Adiilah is an experienced registered physiotherapist with focus in orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries. She has a passion to work and contribute to the wellness of the community and is also a strong advocate for her clients and profession. Adiilah enjoys providing quality one-on -one hands on treatment sessions with her patients by integrating evidence-based practice. She also added tele-rehabilitation as an integral part of her practice. Her special interests are in musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, hip and knee osteoarthritis and sports related injuries. Part of Adiilah’s practice is dedicated to vestibular therapy, facial neuromuscular retraining (facial palsy) and temporomandibular disorders for which she has specialized training. She has also taken extensive manual therapy training and additional courses for soft tissue release, exercise therapy for osteoarthritis, dry needling/intramuscular stimulation (IMS), non-internal pelvic health and chronic pain.
