My first massage was at 37 whenever I sustained a shoulder injury. Between massage and chiropractic care, I was able to resume my life. I was amazed! Wasn't massage for the pampered who just wanted to relax?! I would ask my therapist for books to read about massage and my condition. And finally, she said "I think you should go to massage school!" So I did and I love helping others feel better, whether it is just to relax or to heal, or more often than not, BOTH! Try my therapeutic massage, which consists of a combination of Swedish and/or Deep Tissue, along with cupping, Gua Sha and hot stones. Sometimes I use all of these tools, sometimes just a few. It all depends on what your body needs. We have two locations now one at our home in New Florence, PA and the main office is in Armagh, PA. Hope to see you soon!
