Bend Health and Performance
Tanya graduated from Sage School of Massage in 2014 and was certified in Bill Musser’s deep tissue and sports massage class in 2016 as well as completing training for Ashiatsu in 2019. Tanya has a passion for massage and is excited to help individuals as they work towards achieving optimal performance. She utilizes various deep tissue and sports massage techniques, including Force line theory, trigger point, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha and Ashiatsu to restore balance to soft tissue and alleviate pain. Originally from Washington, Tanya has lived in Bend since 2002. She is a mom to her 14-year-old daughter who keeps her young and active. Outside of her profession, Tanya enjoys being active and being outside. Her favorite things to do are crossfit, olympic lifting, running, hiking, hunting, exploring the mountains, and spending time with family and friends.
