My name is Annik Deschamps, I graduated from the International Academy of Applied Health where I studied Massage Therapy. The International Academy of Applied Health integrates academic theory with hundreds of hours of hands on experience with the public, in clinic and sports events. My focus as a massage therapist is to help relieve pain by decreasing muscle tension, accelerate injury recovery, increase tissue perfusion therefore improving my clients overall health.
