After an initial assessment to determine your goal for the session, medium to deep pressure using slow strokes is applied to the muscles and underlying connective tissues. A variety of modalities such as: Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular cupping, or stretching may be incorporated to achieve optimal results. This session is ideal for clients who aim to reduce pain, tension, increase range of motion, flexibility and mobility.
