I am Rosa Vasquez, Sports and Medical Massage Therapist, striving to heal and help my clients with their chronic pains and recovery needs. My interests in athletic potential as well as physiology brought me to Richmond to study Exercise Science at VCU then into Massage Therapy where I found my passion. I teach my clients to connect with and listen to thier body as key components to effective exersice and every day, pain-free movement. I work to priotize rehabilitaion and correct imbalances for you to reap the benefits of a strong, sustainable,and funtioning body.
Prenatal Massage & "Bodywork" - really meaning I am here to give you whatever therapy you and baby need for your session. Whether its a relaxing therapeutic massage with side-lying positions and all the pillows you need to feel comfortable or a series of gentle assisted stretches/movements to relieve tensions and pressure (especially in those hips!) or a lil bit of both!
