Denzel Williams, DPT is a Brooklyn native and physical therapist who takes pride in delivering personalized, results-driven care rooted in science and movement. His approach combines the latest research with proper biomechanics to create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals—whether that’s getting out of pain, back to sport, or performing at a higher level. Denzel’s passion for treating sports injuries began through his own experience playing basketball and staying active growing up. He has worked in both orthopedic and sports medicine settings, helping everyone from everyday athletes to collegiate and professional competitors return to peak performance. In addition to his orthopedic background, Denzel has experience in neurological rehabilitation, treating conditions such as spinal cord injuries, Multiple sclerosis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome. This diverse clinical experience allows him to take a comprehensive approach to care—blending manual therapy with targeted exercise to restore movement, improve strength, and maximize function. Outside the clinic, Denzel enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active, playing basketball, attending concerts, and exploring New York’s food scene.
