Selena Barbieri, Acupuncture Physician, holds her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Bastyr University in Washington state. As a board certified primary care physician, she provides research driven medical care that is minimally invasive and side effect free. Her specialties include chronic pain, neuropathy, anxiety, and women’s health & wellness. Having lived most of her life in NE Florida, Selena is passionate about making her community a healthier, happier place to thrive in through her work at OPAW, and her membership through local clubs such as the Rotary Club of Orange Park. When not at the office, Selena enjoys committing to her physical health at the gym by lifting weights and entering fitness challenges. She is also on her way to achieving her black belt in TaeKwonDo with her husband and two boys. She loves spending time with family and their cute Weinerdoodle as they explore the US, enjoy the outdoors, and go on adventures in search of yurts and the nation’s tastiest donuts.
This specialized treatment is for many chronic issues and is a popular treatment utilized by the Military (hence the name). This procedure requires approval through our Acupuncture Physician and a consultation prior to receiving the treatment to make sure you are an ideal candidate for it.
